• I am SO happy I booked Adam and his team to capture my wedding day through video. I have nothing but good to say about all the guys. I LOVE pictures/videos, but my husband does not, so I was a little worried about sticking multiple cameras in his face all day. However, you forget the guys are there most of the time! They're so fun and just amazing at what they do. They know how to capture all the right angles/moments. We didn't do a first look, yet they managed to make the most beautiful same day edit to play at our reception. (how they pull it off, I'll never know)... The video captured my husband and I so perfectly; it's like we've been friends with the team for years and they knew our personality so well! Even the song choice was perfect. I am so excited to get the longer video and decided to opt in for the raw footage. Worth every penny. I already had hired a photographer before I found captivate, but considering how good their videography is, I'm sure their photography is well worth it too. • "Adam and Taylor from Captivate over-delivered on every aspect of this production. Over the course of two days, they meticulously captured more than 20 pages of dialogue that we provided for use in an online training program. The attention to detail was apparent as soon as we entered the studio. Adam decided to shoot in his space and said he would turn his office into a full-out 'mixing studio' and he did just. Setting up sound panels, led lights, mixing boards and microphones all to create the effect of a professional sound studio. As soon as the cameras started rolling I knew we were in good hands. The technical knowledge Adam and Taylor showcased was impressive, to say the least. They even brought out a photographer on both days to capture some production stills which we used for promotional purposes. Once we were done, the team got to work on the editing.... He provided rough cuts of the 20+ videos with detailed notes of where we would take the project from there. Once we agreed on the narrative, Adam started filling out the project with an interesting take on b-roll which helped to create a dynamic visual piece. The overlays and graphics used were modern and eye-catching and the final delivery was on time, on budget, and everything we had hoped for. • My husband and I are so pleased with our experience with Captivate Cinema. We had to postpone our first wedding date thanks to you know what ( C Word) but we were never the less looking forward to Captivate capturing our big day. From the beginning, Adam was responsive and upbeat when communicating with us which set the mood right from the start. After meeting the rest of the crew, we knew they would be the greatest addition to our wedding day. Adam captured our wedding ceremony perfectly so that a few of our wedding guest could watch from home. We had family tune in all the way from Tennessee and Germany! Fraser and Ryan made our wedding party laugh from start to finish. They really were our “hype men” Fraser’s personality and smile really helped calm our nerves and Ryan’s calm demeanor and kindness was ... displayed effortlessly. Before leaving, the boys had a chat with Paul and I about our day and life in general - I felt sad having them leave. I think I hugged them a few times before departing because I felt like I couldn’t show my true gratitude towards them enough. The day I received the email from Taylor to say our video was complete with the link.. oh my! We watched it immediately. Taylor did an amazing job catching our silliness and light hearted relationship. Bonus that my all time favorite song made the vid. I am still watching the video every 3 days now to relive the best days of our lives, but we look forward to watching our day play out 10, 20 years from now. • We booked captivate photo+cinema for our wedding this year. We booked during a time of uncertainty (covid restrictions) with the hopes that we would be able move forward with our day. Adam and his team were great at reassuring that they would do their best to reschedule and ensure we are comfortable the day of. Thankfully we didn’t have to reschedule but that reassurance was great. The day of: Adam and Fraser arrived early to set up and meet everyone. They were both amazing with making me feel comfortable infront of the camera and making the bridal party laugh to get some great shots. They were also the best hype men that a bride could ask for on the wedding day.My groom and I did a first look and they arranged it perfectly to make sure we didn’t see each other before. They gave us a chance to be candid with our pictures as well as posed us when necessary. I was blown away when I received an email just a few days after the wedding with a link to our photos because ... Adam knew how excited I was to see them. We spent the rest of our honeymoon obsessing over every picture. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to LOVE every photo out of 100s.
